Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Production Assembler in California to contribute to efficient product assembly in a fast-paced environment. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to read technical drawings and assembly instructions.

Responsibilities include assembling and inspecting parts, maintaining a safe workspace, and supporting quality control and testing. First shift, Monday–Friday, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production or assembly role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high‑quality work.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
