Eliason Corporation is seeking a Production Assembler to perform assembly of commercial door frames and related products. Under supervision, you will follow SOPs, use hand and power tools, and ensure production schedules are met with quality and safety.

You will inspect quality throughout build, report defects, maintain clean work area, and participate in training. Candidates should have basic mechanical aptitude, be able to read measurements, and commit to attendance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with power/hand tools.
• Ability to read and interpret measuring instruments (e.g., tape measure).
• Strong attention to safety and quality standards.
• Demonstrated ability to follow SOPs and meet production deadlines.

• Stand for extended periods of time (10-12 hours)
• Frequent lifting of 25-50 pounds
• Regular standing, walking, reaching, and use of hands and fingers
• Occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
• Must be able to communicate effectively, hear, and maintain adequate vision, including close vision and depth perception.
• Exposure to typical manufacturing conditions including noise, dust, and varying temperatures
