Shift: 4:30 PM-2:30 AM

Hourly Rate: $19.49 an hour

Conagra Brands in Fayetteville, AR, proud makers of Hungry Man, Gardein, and Evol, is looking for a Production Specialist to join our growing team! You will join a team of about 700 employees and work 1st shift. You will report to a Shift Lead. We offer a great compensation package, and benefits start at 60 days! You will work in a climate-controlled environment depending on the line you are assigned to. We will train you on our equipment and processes.

MUST BE ABLE TO READ, WRITE, AND COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH.

Shift Schedule:

1st Shift | Monday - Thursday | 10-hour shifts | Start time 6:30am

Starting Pay:

1st Shift | $19.11/hour

Job Duties:

• You will learn multiple roles and fill in as needed based on production requirements.
• You will keep a clean and organized work area.
• You will meet cleanup requirements per company or USDA policy.
