Description

Available Job: 2nd Shift Group 3 Production Utility

Pay Range: $22.00 - $23.50 (+ applicable premiums)

The Group 3 Production Utility position consolidates parts, shapes and alters materials, and operates machinery. Work areas are subject to change as production needs shift.

• Communicates with supervisors and material handlers through FutureCell about material needs
• Builds products and adjusts materials using standard hand tools, air tools, and power tools
• Performs hourly quality checks on product
• Meets various hourly production goals
• Labels, packages, palletizes, and tapes products and materials
• Maintains a clean work area
• Actively ensures that all safety requirements and procedures are met at all times
• Other duties and project work as assigned by supervisors
• Etches and rolls blades, hollows out rivets, and performs miscellaneous packaging duties
• Shapes material, operates presses, and consolidates product components

Qualifications

• Attention to detail, communication, and maintaining quality while meeting production requirements are essential skills
• Must be able to use standard hand tools, air tools, and power tools
• Must be able to use tablets and basic computer software such as FutureCell, Axapta, and programs specific to their department
• Ability to calculate, reason, problem solve, and read and write in English
• Frequent standing, walking, gripping, and reaching as well as occasional bending, twisting, kneeling, climbing, pushing/pulling, and reaching above shoulder level
• Lifting up to 40 lbs without assistance
