Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months–2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read work instructions, safety procedures, and operating manuals.
• Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work effectively on a team.
• ERP experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and occasionally bend, kneel, crouch, or climb.
• Ability to occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Wear PPE in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electronic components using hand and power tools, fixtures, and jigs.
• Perform bench and assembly-line operations to meet production schedules.
• Operate production equipment and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Inspect and test products to ensure quality and customer requirements are met.
• Record test results and complete production, quality, and safety documentation.
• Perform tasks such as drilling, tapping, fastening, sanding, cleaning, and part preparation.
• Perform assigned preventative maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow safety procedures, 5S practices, ISO requirements, and manufacturing standards.
• Participate in cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with training and other duties as assigned.
