Surge is hiring Production Associates for a manufacturing facility in Killbuck, Ohio. The role supports the end of the production line by inspecting, organizing, stacking, and preparing finished products for packaging and shipment.

Shifts are 1st shift, full-time, with schedule Monday-Saturday. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, lift and move materials, and follow safety procedures. Excellent attendance and reliability are valued as part of a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift/move materials as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Ability to follow safety and production procedures.

Responsabilités

Production Associate - 1st Shift

Pay: $17.50/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Full-Time | Monday-Saturday

Position Overview

• Remove, organize, and stack finished materials
• Assist with packaging and preparing products for shipment

• Follow all safety and production procedures
• Perform other general production duties as assigned
