Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read work instructions, safety procedures and manuals.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions and decimals.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to work instructions and customer specifications.
• Perform repetitive bench and assembly line operations to meet production schedules.
• Assemble electronic and mechanical components using hand tools, fixtures and jigs.
• Drill, tap, ream, Fasten, sand, clean and shape parts as required.
• Operate production equipment and monitor machine performance.
• Perform inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Conduct testing using calibrated equipment and record results.
