Wilsonart is seeking an Area Manager – Production to lead all manufacturing operations across the facility, including casting and fabrication. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
• 10+ years manufacturing experience.
• Experience leading area/plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all production departments to achieve plant goals.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics.
• Oversee daily operations using KPIs and visual management.
• Develop and implement Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S improvements.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditures.
• Develop and coach production supervisors and frontline teams.
• Communicate priorities and collaborate cross-functionally.
