Job description

What will you do?

1. Process customer orders daily to meet their expectations.
2. Work in one or more process paths: receiving, picking, packing, or shipping.
3. Package and label shipments according to standard operating procedures and complete documentation requirements for hazardous materials.
4. Help ensure inventory is stored properly.
5. Collaborate with your team to ensure a positive work environment.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Must be able to stand and move about the warehouse for significant periods, involving walking, stooping, bending, and reaching.
• Ability to maintain high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Desire to work as part of a team, but also capable of working independently and solving problems quickly.
• Must be able to read and write in English.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience

• At least 2 years of general warehouse experience.
• Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers).
• Experience handling hazardous materials (chemicals) is a plus.
• Experience with computers and scanning equipment is a plus.
• Must have cherry picker experience and picking experience, as the job requires selecting products from shelves using a cherry picker.
