Job summary

Motion Recruitment in Owings Mills, MD is seeking a Production Analyst IV to support IAM, PKI, and access governance in a hybrid environment. The role focuses on maintaining PKI systems, certificate lifecycles, and directory services within enterprise IT.

You will work with AD/Entra ID, SSO, MFA, SAML, and OAuth, with scripting in PowerShell or Python and administration across Windows and Linux platforms. This 12-month contract offers exposure to incident management and security operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IAM, identity security, or infra operations.
• Strong PKI expertise: X.509, CLM, SCEP.
• Hands-on with Venafi CLM and MS ADCS.
• Knowledge of AD, Entra ID, DNS and DHCP.
• Experience with SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth.
• Scripting with PowerShell or Python.
• Windows and Linux environments.
• Experience supporting identity solutions in large enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Manage IAM across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Administer PKI infrastructure, certificate services, and CLM platforms.
• Define and manage access governance, provisioning/deprovisioning, roles and entitlements.
• Support authentication technologies including Certificate-Based Authentication, SSO, MFA, SAML, and OAuth.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot identity issues, and support incident management.
• Automate operational processes using PowerShell and/or Python.
• Partner with Security teams to remediate vulnerabilities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support infrastructure modernization initiatives, migrations, DR, and operational improvements.

Job Title: Production Analyst IV
Job Location: Owings Mills MD 21117 (Hybrid)
Contract Duration: 12 months with possible extension

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) technologies across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Administer and maintain PKI infrastructure, certificate services, and Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms.
• Define and manage access governance, user provisioning/deprovisioning, roles, permissions, and entitlements.
• Support authentication technologies including Certificate-Based Authentication, SSO, MFA, SAML, and OAuth.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot identity-related issues, and support incident and problem management activities.
• Automate operational processes using PowerShell and/or Python.
• Partner with Security teams to remediate vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Support infrastructure modernization initiatives, migrations, disaster recovery, and operational improvements.

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Identity Security, or Infrastructure Operations.
• Strong expertise in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), X.509 Certificates, Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM), and SCEP.
• Hands-on experience with Venafi CLM and Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Services (MS ADCS).
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Microsoft Entra ID, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with SSO, MFA, Federation Services, SAML, and OAuth.
• Experience with PowerShell and/or Python scripting for automation.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
• Experience supporting identity solutions in complex enterprise environments.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• AWS and cloud identity management experience.
• Microsoft Intune and JAMF.
• CyberArk, Centrify, Quest Active Roles, or NetBackup.
• DigiCert or other external certificate authority experience.
• Experience with data center migration and modernization initiatives.
