Job summary

Wearwell, Inc. is seeking a Production Analyst in Smyrna, TN to support manufacturing by ensuring ERP data integrity and BOM/routing accuracy.

The role collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, finance, and supply chain, and operates in a hybrid setting between office and production floor to validate processes. Responsibilities include data management, production planning support, and generating performance reports.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in manufacturing operations, production planning, or operations analysis.
  • Experience analyzing production data and identifying efficiency opportunities; understanding manufacturing processes, SKU management, or production scheduling.
  • Excel proficiency and hands-on MES/ERP or production tracking software experience.
  • Understanding of BOMs, routings, inventory management, scheduling, and material planning concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage data, analyze performance, identify problems, and develop recommendations supporting manufacturing activities.
  • Ensure accuracy of work order data to support production by analyzing demand forecasts and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with schedulers, planners and production teams on schedule feasibility and adjustments.
  • Generate daily/weekly production performance reports and dashboards to identify trends and root causes of inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with leads and internal customers to maintain product structures and process flows.
  • Analyze and resolve data discrepancies impacting production, inventory, or costing.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization.
  • Work cross-functionally with IT to align system data.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and perform duties as required.
  • Ability to work overtime when needed.

We are seeking a Production Analyst to support manufacturing processes by ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of ERP data. Incumbent will verify the integrity of bills of material, routings, and execution of processes that directly drive production planning and inventory control.

This role will partner with engineering, manufacturing, finance, and supply chain team members. Incumbent will operate in a hybrid capacity dividing their time between an office environment and the production floor to directly validate routing accuracy and operational processes.

5:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Monday through Friday

Pay Range $26 - $28 per hour

Responsibilities
  1. Manage data, analyze performance, identify problems, and develop recommendations that support manufacturing/production activities.
  2. Ensure accuracy and completeness of work order system data to support production by analyzing demand forecast and inventory levels to balance efficiency and customer service levels.
  3. Collaborate with schedulers, planners and production teams on schedule feasibility and recommend adjustments if necessary.
  4. Generate daily/weekly production performance reports and dashboards to identify trends and root causes of inefficiencies from the data.
  5. Collaborate with leads and internal customers to implement and maintain product structures and process flows.
  6. Analyze and resolve data discrepancies impacting production, inventory, or costing.
  7. Support continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization.
  8. Work cross-functionally with IT to ensure alignment of system data.
  9. Maintain a safe work environment by performing job functions in a safe manner.
  10. Able to work overtime, as necessary.
  11. React positively to change and perform other duties as requested.
Qualifications
  • Two (2) years of experience in manufacturing operations, production planning, or operations analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing production data, identifying efficiency opportunities and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, SKU management, or production scheduling.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with MES, ERP, or production tracking software.
  • An understanding of manufacturing processes including bills of materials and routings, inventory management, production scheduling, and material planning concepts.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of data accuracy and focus on detail.
  • Comfortable working near manufacturing and warehouse equipment as needed to support operational processes.
  • Collaborative team member who understands that this role supports multiple functions and communicates effectively across departments
  • Participate on video calls/team meetings via web camera or in-person.
  • Reliable attendance is necessary.
