Job summary

Wearwell, Inc. is hiring a Machine Tender for 1st shift (5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Monday through Friday) in Smyrna, Tennessee.

The role offers hourly pay between $20 and $21 and involves operating conveyor systems during the adhesion process. Responsibilities include maintaining conveyor parameters, ensuring product quality, logging labor and materials, and upholding safety and cleanliness standards. Candidates should have at least 3 months of manufacturing/warehouse experience and be able to

Qualifications

• Three (3) months manufacturing or warehouse experience and/or equivalent education, training, or experience in job-related activities.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Demonstrate effective team and interpersonal skills.
• Able to perform assisted lifts and/or push/pull up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to cross-train in other functional areas.
• This position requires good attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Reliable attendance is a must.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
