Job summary

AbiMar Foods, Inc. in Abilene, TX is seeking a Production Analyst to support cost management by preparing, verifying and recording production data generated in SAP. The role focuses on accurate reporting and adherence to the production schedule.

You will coordinate with production staff and warehouse teams, review batch reports, notify about materials shortages, and ensure BOM accuracy. The position has no supervisory responsibilities and requires clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Check and review cases produced in shift production summary reports and fix them if there are any errors.
• Ensure the production staff and production supervisors who complete the production paperwork are notifying the correct information.
• Production execution by batch in SAP daily.
• Notify process orders to the standard and advise the warehouse department of missing materials needed to make inventory adjustments and be able to consume them.
• Make Technical completed to the process orders after revised with warehouse supervisor that delivery cases and production execution have matched.
• Recap the week ending inventory for the mixing and pre-scale area and provide it to the warehouse supervisor.
• Work together with the warehouse supervisor in the inventory adjustment analysis.
• Identify and analyze deviations in the consumptions and compare them with the bill of materials.
• Notify Operations Manager of any adjustments needed to the Bill of Materials.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area at all times
• Communicate effectively (verbal and written) with all contacts
• Accept and adapt easily to change
• Ensure that all activities are consistent with Company Mission Statement
• Operate job-related equipment with or without an accommodation
• Meet physical demands of job with or without an accommodation
• Perform other duties as assigned

Summary:
