Job summary

Resolve AI is seeking a Deployment Engineer to implement and optimize AI-driven production tooling at customer sites. You will configure, validate, and scale deployments while collaborating with Solutions Engineers and customers to ensure trust and adoption.

You will work hands-on with production systems, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and AI agents, measuring success by real customer outcomes and sustained usage across accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as deployment or implementation engineering.
• Hands-on experience with production infrastructure: cloud platforms, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability tools.
• Active use of AI agents and coding tools in workflows; able to evaluate LLM outputs critically.

Responsibilities

• Own implementation end-to-end for assigned accounts, from plan to production rollout.
• Deploy and configure Resolve in the customer's environment with security-compliant settings.
• Build knowledge assets, runbooks, and guidance with customer SMEs for reliable operations.
• Run testing and validation, close gaps until customers sign off on readiness.
• Drive activation and adoption, enablement sessions, and integration into incident workflows.
• Monitor usage, adoption breadth, and ROI; adjust configurations as the customer environment evolves.
• Collaborate with Sales to share progress and surface expansion opportunities.
