Job summary

Valiant Residential seeks a Senior AI Developer to own and build production AI applications for our multifamily operations. You will design agents, prompt systems, and workflow automation that align with business outcomes and are deployed with guardrails and measurable impact.

Reporting to the VP of Technology, you’ll work closely with operations to map processes, deploy AI, monitor performance, and iterate. A strong production mindset is required to deliver reliable, cost-aware solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong, hands-on command of applied AI: prompting, model inference, skill creation, guardrails, agent evaluation, and deployment.
• 3+ years building production software with ML/AI workflows.
• Experience taking AI apps from prototype to production with operators using them.

Responsibilities

• Map workflows by shadowing the owning departments to capture steps, exceptions, handoffs, and key decisions.
• Design and ship AI-powered agents, copilots, and workflow automation used in daily work.
