Qualifications

• Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered software in production.
• Strong judgment of business workflows, edge cases, and value delivery.
• Proven ability to own AI applications end-to-end, from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Own the development of AI applications for multifamily operations.
• Design, implement, and deploy AI agents, copilots, and workflow automation.
• Define guardrails, monitoring, and cost controls for AI systems.
• Collaborate with business partners to align AI initiatives with outcomes.
• Provide runbooks and documentation for non-engineers.
