This role moves from isolated use cases to production-ready systems that improve profitability and efficiency. You will partner with leadership to identify high-value opportunities, translate business needs into architectures and implementation plans, and ensure solutions are secure, reliable, and governed.

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise technology solutions, including architecture, integration, and data flow design.
• Experience translating operational needs into technical solutions across business functions.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for technical and nontechnical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of scalable, secure, and maintainable AI and technology solutions aligned to business needs.
• Partner with leaders to identify, prioritize, and define high value opportunities.
• Translate business challenges into clear technical architectures, solution designs, and implementation plans.
• Ensure solutions are production ready, reliable, and meet security/governance standards.
• Drive consistency in how AI and automation solutions are designed, deployed, and supported.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and external partners to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Establish best practices for system design, data usage, integration, and architecture patterns.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend practical applications aligned with company goals.
• Monitor solution performance and improve outcomes based on measurable results.
• Provide technical leadership to the Technology team.
