Goal Solutions is seeking an innovative AI Engineer to join the Data Science team in a hybrid role. You will design, build, and scale AI-driven systems that improve operational efficiency and automate workflows across the organization.

You’ll collaborate with Analytics, BI, Operations, Finance, and other business teams to bring AI solutions from concept to production. This fast-paced role blends software engineering with practical AI/ML experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, AI, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience building and deploying AI/ML or LLM applications in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience managing data pipelines and MLOps tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy scalable AI/ML and LLM-powered applications that drive measurable business impact.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, vector databases, and AI infrastructure for production systems.
• Develop backend APIs and integrations using Python and SQL to embed AI capabilities into business processes.
• Manage the AI lifecycle including deployment, monitoring, optimization, and retraining.
• Implement evaluation frameworks and AI safety guardrails to ensure reliable and responsible AI usage.
