Job summary

Fuel Talent LLC in Seattle is hiring a Software Engineer to build production AI systems at the core of their platform. You will design agentic workflows over enterprise data, ensure security boundaries, and collaborate across backend services, data pipelines, and customer-facing apps.

The role requires strong software fundamentals in Python and/or TypeScript, experience shipping AI-powered products, and comfort operating in ambiguity with ownership and fast-moving startup pace.

Qualifications

• Shipped production software; at least one AI-powered product.
• Strong fundamentals in software engineering; fluent in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Experience with ML tooling and deployment in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Build production AI workflows over enterprise data with security and permissions.
• Design context/ grounding systems and oversee tool calls.
• Work across backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and customer apps.
• Build reusable AI infrastructure and cross-use platform primitives.
• Write clean, maintainable code and own end-to-end product initiatives.
