Job summary

LangChain is seeking a Deployed Engineer to join the team responsible for deploying AI agents in production. You will co-design and build production-grade AI systems with customer engineering teams, guiding architectures and technical decisions.

You will own the technical win in pre-sales, craft POCs, and help customers deploy agent-based applications across conversational, research, and multi-step workflows. Strong Python/JavaScript skills and real customer-facing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical role (software engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, or related).
• Experience designing agent-based or LLM-powered applications beyond simple API calls.
• Comfort working directly with customers during POCs, architecture reviews, and evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customer engineering teams.
• Own the technical win in pre-sales by designing POCs and answering deep technical questions.
• Help customers deploy and operate agent-based applications.
• Advise customers post-sale on architecture, best practices, and roadmaps.
• Run technical demos, trainings, and workshops for developers.
