Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Ability to use iSolved or similar HCM systems for scheduling and labor tracking.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Strong listening, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under time pressure and with minimal supervision.
• Flexible availability based on production demands.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Production & Labor Coordination: maintain staffing to ensure lines are manned and schedule labor to minimize overtime.
• New Hire Onboarding Support: escort new hires and assist in training.
• Administrative & Documentation Support: print labels, post schedules, manage communications, and maintain documents.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with HR and operations on staffing and updates.
• Safety & Compliance: follow GMP/HACCP/food safety policies and participate in safety programs.
