Job summary

Wawona Frozen Foods in Clovis, CA, is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the CFO and cross-functional leaders with timely, accurate financial insights. You will monitor production performance, analyze costs, develop standard labor and cost models, and support pricing strategies, budgeting, and forecasting.

The role requires collaboration with manufacturing, operations, and corporate finance teams to drive performance and ensure financial accuracy across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience in manufacturing or food industry preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems; MS Dynamics/Business Central preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production variances and reconcile data with manufacturing teams.
• Develop standard labor and cost models; analyze material and labor usage for cost savings.
• Prepare monthly close, variance explanations, and cost center reviews.
• Lead KPI reporting and support budgeting, forecasting, and CAPEX processes.
