Siemens Healthineers in Palo Alto, CA seeks a Product Verification Engineer to help ensure quality and safety of next-generation radiotherapy systems. You will develop automated and manual test plans, perform UI automation, and configure test environments, collaborating with global teams and supporting V&V activities, with occasional travel.

Candidates should have 5+ years in software testing or MS with 3+ years, strong Python and .NET, and OO programming knowledge.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of experience, or MS with 3+ years.
• Strong Python programming and .NET experience.
• Solid object-oriented programming knowledge.
• Experience with software testing methodologies and automation.
• Understanding of SDLC and defect tracking tools.
• Medical device testing experience preferred.
• FDA/Regulatory knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated and manual test plans and test cases.
• Perform UI automation testing using Python-based frameworks.
• Install and configure hardware and software test environments.
• Analyze results, identify defects, and support resolution.
• Review requirements and specifications to ensure quality and testability.
• Collaborate with global development and verification teams.
• Support verification and validation activities, including occasional travel.
