Job summary

Siemens Healthineers’ Varian team in Palo Alto is seeking an experienced Verification Engineer to drive automated and manual test efforts for next-gen cancer care systems. You’ll work on UI automation with Python, manage test environments, and verify software and hardware components to ensure safety and quality.

The role emphasizes strong Python and .NET skills, SDLC know-how, and collaboration with global teams, with a flexible hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 remote) in California.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of experience, or MS with 3+ years
• Strong Python programming and .NET experience
• Solid object-oriented programming knowledge
• Experience with software testing methodologies and automation
• Audit and regulatory experience, including FDA 510(k) support

Responsibilities

What You Will Do

Base Pay

The base pay range for this position is: $139,180 - $191,378. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
