Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Product VerificationEngineer in Palo Alto to drive automated and manual test plans, validating radiotherapy software and hardware with Python-based UI automation. You will install test environments, analyze results, and collaborate with global teams to ensure quality and safety of next-generation treatment systems.

The role requires a BS in CS or related field (MS preferred) with 3–5+ years of experience, strong Python and .NET skills, and familiarity with SDLC.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related field, or MS with 3+ years of experience
• Strong Python programming and .NET experience; OOP knowledge
• Experience with software testing methodologies and automation
• Azure DevOps/TFS experience is a plus
• Medical device testing experience preferred
• Knowledge of SDLC and defect tracking tools
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

What You Will Do

• Azure DevOps/TFS experience is a plus

Preferred Experience

• Clinical radiation oncology experience
• Knowledge of Varian treatment planning, information, or delivery systems
• Audit and regulatory experience, including FDA 510(k) support

Base Pay Range

$139,180 - $191,378

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
