Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related hands-on technical experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.
• Soldering certified or ability to certify.
• Electronics experience.
• Must comply with OSHA/EPA/fire regulations and company policies.
• Computer literacy including MS Office; CAD tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering tests and analyze data to support process development and optimization.
• Troubleshoot processes and equipment; identify root causes of issues.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure designs meet cost and manufacturability targets and schedule use of production equipment.
• Participate in peer reviews and contribute insights on manufacturing capability and process controls.
