Job summary

Texas Instruments in Knoxville, TN is seeking motivated Product, Test or Validation Engineers entering TI's Career Accelerator Program (CAP), which provides hands-on training and exposure to product, test and validation engineering across TI's analog and embedded processing portfolio.

You will work with TI teams, customers and partners worldwide to design, build, qualify and support TI IC products, while developing skills in data analysis, manufacturing systems, and reliability testing through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
• GPA 3.0/4.0 or higher.
• Strong C/C++ programming skills; LabVIEW is a plus.
• Experience with lab equipment and debugging.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and work in teams.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of strategies to achieve profitability targets on assigned TI product lines.
• Serve as primary contact for operational aspects related to the product portfolio.
• Resolve customer quality and application issues and coordinate cross‑functional problem solving.
• Engage with TI wafer fabrication and assembly sites to ensure strong communication and effective troubleshooting.
