Job summary

Texas Instruments offers a Career Accelerator Program (CAP) where you gain professional and technical training to accelerate your ramp into TI. You will work as a Product, Test or Validation Engineer, collaborating with TI teams, customers and partners worldwide to design, build, qualify and support TI analog and embedded processing ICs.

You will engage in on‑the‑job learning, learn to solve problems across test software/hardware, validation, manufacturing, and design verification, and gain

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field with ≥3.0/4.0 GPA
Knowledge of analog and digital circuitry and schematics
C/C++ programming skills; LabVIEW recommended
Experience with lab equipment and debugging
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to ramp on new systems and processes

Responsibilities

Support product development, qualification and validation activities.
Work with TI teams, customers and partners to design, build, qualify and support TI IC products.
Lead cross-functional problem solving with manufacturing and QA to ensure product quality.
Participate in on-the-job learning and development experiences during CAP program.
