Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking candidates for its Career Accelerator Program (CAP) in Dallas. You will receive professional and technical training to accelerate ramp‑up, with hands‑on learning from day one.

As a Product, Test or Validation Engineer, you’ll contribute to profitability targets through new product development, cost reductions, capacity expansion and yield improvements while collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Experience with data analysis and problem solving.
• Familiarity with test, validation or manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of strategies to achieve profitability targets on assigned product lines.
• Serve as primary contact for operational aspects of the product portfolio and resolve issues.
• Lead relationships with key stakeholders across TI wafer fabrication and assembly sites.
• Participate in formal learning, projects and on‑the‑job development to broaden knowledge.
