Job summary

Texas Instruments Incorporated is seeking a Product, Test or Validation Engineer as part of the Career Accelerator Program (CAP) in Dallas, TX. You will participate in training and hands-on learning from day one, working with TI teams, customers, and partners to design, build, qualify, and support TI’s IC products.

You will gain exposure to product engineering concepts, data analysis, and automated test equipment while collaborating across manufacturing and quality teams to ensure robust product

Qualifications

• Experience in product, test or validation engineering.
• Understanding of manufacturing, quality, design verification or validation engineering.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of strategies to improve profitability on TI product lines through new product development, cost reduction, capacity expansion and yield enhancement projects.
• Serve as the primary contact for operational aspects related to the assigned product portfolio and resolve quality and application issues.
• Facilitate cross‑functional teams for problem solving and establish relationships with TI wafer fabrication and assembly sites to ensure strong communication.
