Job summary

Texas Instruments in Dallas is seeking a Product, Test or Validation Engineer to help design, build and qualify TI's analog and embedded processing products. You will participate in roles across product engineering, test engineering and validation engineering, applying data analysis and manufacturing systems knowledge from day one.

You will collaborate with TI teams, customers and partners worldwide to resolve quality issues, improve yield and support continuous improvement, with formal learning

Qualifications

Data analysis knowledge applied to product engineering and manufacturing environments.
Understanding of manufacturing systems and how they impact yields and reliability.
Experience with product qualification and reliability testing.
Ability to verify device failures and support root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

Support profitability targets for assigned TI product lines through new product development and cost reduction.
Serve as primary point of contact for operational aspects related to product portfolio and quality issues.
Lead cross-functional teams across wafer fabrication and assembly sites for problem solving.
Grow through formal learning, projects and on-the-job development in product, test and validation engineering.
