Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product engineering, including leading NPIs.
• Fundamental CMOS process technology understanding.
• Experience with yield analysis techniques and tools.
• Experience with JEDEC based product qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Qualify products according to JEDEC industry standards.
• Ramp products to volume production in offshore assembly and test.
• Perform yield improvement studies to drive yields to entitlement.
• Develop and execute product cost reduction roadmap.
• Support QA activities including RMAs and failure analysis.
