Job summary
Lyten, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manufacturing & Test Engineer in San Jose to bridge R&D sensor prototypes to scalable production. You will own end-to-end equipment architecture, from design to deployment.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment, DAQ, and automated test setups, plus DFx/DFT feedback and collaboration with R&D teams.

Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with hands-on engineering experience scaling hardware from prototype to production.
- Experience with manufacturing equipment and electrical lab instruments and DAQ systems.
- Experience building, bringing up, and debugging complex electro-mechanical hardware systems from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Design, procure, build, commission, and troubleshoot custom manufacturing equipment and automated test setups.
- Bridge R&D sensor prototypes to stable, scalable production processes.
- Develop and deploy fixtures, test beds, and automated scripts for hardware validation.
