Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Technician I in Product Test & Calibration to set up, maintain, operate, test and inspect equipment, ensuring compliance with finished product specifications.

The role aims to minimize scrap, promote safety, and provide process data to management for equipment optimization. The position supports production workflow and emphasizes adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and safety training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or equivalent work experience.
• 0–1 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sets up production machines and ancillary equipment according to procedures and product specifications.
• Monitors machinery and goals during shift and adjusts as necessary.
• Diagnoses and troubleshoots equipment malfunctions and arranges or completes repairs.
• Performs preventive maintenance as assigned by supervisor and schedule.
• Completes documentation related to the finished product per guidelines.
• Interprets data and works with management to determine required standards.
• Transports hazardous waste to required areas and completes refresher trainings.
