Job summary

Cardinal Health is hiring a Technician I, Product Test & Calibration for the night shift to set up, maintain, operate, test and inspect product equipment in line with finished product specifications. The role aims to minimize scrap and promote safety while providing actionable process data to management for optimization.

The position supports calibration and routine repairs, with a focus on following standard procedures and maintaining quality throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience preferred.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred

Responsibilities

• Sets up various production machines and ancillary equipment according to procedures and product specifications.
• Monitors machinery and goals during shift and adjust as necessary.
• Diagnoses and troubleshoots equipment malfunction arrange or complete repairs.
• Performs preventive maintenance as assigned by supervisor according to the Preventive Maintenance schedule.
• Completes documentation related to the finished product according to established guidelines.
• Interprets data and confer with management to determine required standards.
• Selects products for inspection evaluation at specified stages in production process, performs various inspections per required characteristics.
• Transports hazardous waste to required areas.
