Job summary

Bloomreach is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Tax Manager to lead tax compliance and advisory across the EMEA region and beyond. The role can be performed from home or from one of our Central Europe offices.

You will oversee CIT, VAT, WHT, transfer pricing, and intercompany pricing, partner with Sales on compliant deal structures, and represent the company in tax audits. Strong international tax expertise is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in international taxation, transfer pricing, and indirect taxes.
• Proven ability to manage tax risk and interact with tax authorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance across EMEA.
• Partner with Sales to structure compliant deals in Europe and RoW.
• Identify non-compliance risk and mitigate tax exposure.
• Manage transfer pricing policies and documentation.
• Ensure intercompany pricing aligns with the tax model.
• Represent the company in tax audits and with authorities.
• Serve as the main tax contact within the organization.
