Job summary

Raisin is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Customer Taxation domain, working with Legal, Compliance, Country Management and Product Operations. You will shape the vision, roadmaps and delivery for tax-related features across markets, ensuring accuracy, scalability and a smooth customer experience.

You will own end-to-end tax initiatives, translate complex rules into product requirements, and partner with Engineering to deliver reliable tax calculations, exemption orders and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in technical or data-heavy domains.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams with engineers and stakeholders.
• Experience launching products or entering new markets with edge-case precision.
• Strong ability to analyze data and reconcile numbers independently.
• Curiosity about tax and a drive to simplify complex rules for customers.
• Able to learn quickly and adapt to changing facts and priorities.
• Energetic, hardworking, and hands-on with detailed work.
• Clear, structured written English and ability to communicate trade-offs to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own a regulated domain that customers rely on for tax year work, with Engineering Lead support.
• Define vision and roadmap with Product and Engineering leadership; prioritize and trade-offs.
• Ensure tax calculations and reporting remain accurate and extensible.
• Grow Raisin’s tax proposition across new markets and partners.
• Translate complex tax rules into clear product requirements and experiences.
• Meet deadlines for annual tax documents and statutory reports with back-planning.
• Provide self-service tools for tax exemptions and non‑assessment certificates.
