Pape’ Kenworth, a premier equipment dealer, seeks a Product Support Supervisor to lead the parts and service teams, manage financials, and drive customer satisfaction. You will work with the General Manager to set goals and improve operations, including training and staffing decisions.

You’ll monitor freight, inventory, and claims while fostering strong relationships with customers and staff. Excellent leadership and a proactive mindset are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills with proven experience.
• 3 or more years of inventory management experience.
• Safety First Mindset.
• Knowledge of heavy truck parts and variety of services.
• Prior operational experience with budgeting, staffing, and personnel procedures.
• Leadership skills and ability to adapt to each unique situation
• Ability to maintain stellar customer and employee relations.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and manage all parts and service processes, financials, team development and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the General Manager, monitoring goals and avenues of approach for the business.
• Monitor freight expenses, inventory levels, file claims, staff the parts and service departments, and schedule training.
• Ensure customers have an excellent experience and get what they need for their equipment.
