Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills with proven experience.
• 3 or more years of inventory management experience.
• Safety First Mindset.
• Knowledge of heavy truck parts and variety of services.
• Prior operational experience with an understanding of budgeting, staffing, and personnel procedures.
• Leadership skills and ability to adapt to each unique situation.
• Ability to maintain stellar customer and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all parts and service processes, financials, team development, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor freight expenses and inventory levels daily.
• File and manage claims; staff the parts and service departments.
• Schedule training and development for staff.
• Ensure customers have an excellent experience and get what they need.
