Job summary

CoStar Group, Nashville-based STR subsidiary, seeks a Product Support Associate to deliver product and website support to STR customers worldwide. In-office role, Monday–Friday, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve inquiries within SLAs.

The role requires building SME knowledge of CoStar + STR Benchmark, providing customer training, and documenting interactions. English and Spanish preferred; CRM experience a plus; strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in a customer-facing role.
• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited institution.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Resolve client questions and issues with timely, accurate responses.
• Serve as a client-facing contact in a fast-paced environment and manage inquiries.
• Document, track, and maintain customer interactions and cases using internal systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support other departments and improve processes.
