Job summary

CoStar Group's STR division in Nashville is seeking a Product Support Associate to deliver exceptional product and website support to STR customers worldwide. This role requires documenting interactions and resolving inquiries via phone, live meetings, and email, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure service-level commitments are met.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree and have 2+ years in customer-facing roles with Microsoft Office proficiency; Spanish language skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited, in-person college/university.
• Two or more years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Two or more years of experience using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong knowledge of products and services to resolve client questions, concerns, and issues.
• Serve as client-facing contact in a fast-paced environment, managing inquiries with a focus on first-contact resolution.
• Document, track, and maintain customer interactions and account information using ticketing systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support other departments and drive customer success.
• Educate clients on CoStar + STR Benchmark solutions and provide product overviews via live sessions.
