Job summary

Marvin in Warroad, MN is hiring a Product Support Specialist to help customers understand product options, pricing, and specifications. You’ll provide clear, timely support and help find solutions that meet customer needs and production requirements.

You’ll partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D and other teams to ensure solutions fit production capabilities. Requirements include 1–2 years in estimating or drafting, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a willingness to learn AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in estimating, drafting, construction, or a related discipline.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to learn AutoCAD through provided training.
• Collaboration skills paired with sound judgment in a business environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with timely, accurate guidance on product capabilities, limitations, and specifications.
• Prepare pricing, estimates, structural analyses, and AutoCAD drawings.
• Solve complex and unique challenges using creative and practical problem-solving.
• Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, and other teams to ensure solutions are within production capabilities.
• Support and educate dealers, channel partners, and trade professionals.
• Contribute to departmental accuracy, responsiveness, and service quality goals.
