Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Product Support Specialist in Warroad, MN. You will guide customers on product options, pricing, and specifications, and prepare pricing, estimates, and AutoCAD drawings to support production feasibility.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in estimating or drafting and can learn AutoCAD through training. Relocation benefits and a sign-on bonus are available, with comprehensive benefits and a strong focus on collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in estimating, drafting, construction, or a related discipline.
Comfort using Microsoft Office products.
Ability to learn AutoCAD through provided training.
Collaboration skills paired with sound judgment in a business environment.

Responsibilities

Provide customers with timely, accurate guidance on product capabilities, limitations, and specifications.
Prepare pricing, estimates, structural analyses, and AutoCAD drawings.
Solve complex and unique challenges using creative and practical problem-solving.
Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, and other teams to ensure solutions are within production capabilities.
Support and educate dealers, channel partners, and trade professionals.
Contribute to departmental accuracy, responsiveness, and service quality goals.
