Job summary

Metalcraft Of Mayville, Inc. seeks a Product Support Specialist reporting to the Engineering Director to focus on internal product support in manufacturing processes.

This role requires collaboration with our internal teams, customers, and suppliers to best support the product through the design cycle and into production, including design changes, SAP data maintenance, and support for R&D lab and testing in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Internal product support in manufacturing processes.
• Mechanical or engineering experience required.
• Hands-on role translating product from design to manufacturing.
• SAP/ERP experience preferred but not required.
• Creo/CAD experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing teams to ensure product design implementation is successful.
• Collaborate with engineering to implement design changes/improvements.
• Coordinate with technical service to address product improvements.
• Support R&D lab and test department work.
• Create and maintain SAP master data.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Reporting to the Engineering Director, a Product Support Specialist will focus on internal product support in manufacturing processes.

This role requires collaboration with our internal teams, customers, and suppliers to best support the product through the design cycle and into production.

Responsibilities
