Job summary

Thompson Tractor Company is seeking a Product Support Sales Representative to maximize parts and service sales within an assigned territory. You will assist in selling new equipment, promote Customer Value Agreements, and maintain accurate customer records while coordinating with TTCo and vendors.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or higher, experience in parts or service operations, and the ability to learn required skills quickly.

Product Support Sales Representative is responsible for maximizing the sale of parts and service to customers and prospective customers in an assigned territory. Individual sales objectives must be met while working with customers to manage their equipment to maintain the lowest possible cost per hour. The ability to communicate the value of purchasing premium parts and service in a price sensitive market is necessary. The Product Support Sales Representative will demonstrate initiative, commitment to teamwork, enthusiasm for customer service, and dedication to finding solutions in an efficient manner.

Working Conditions

Work is normally performed in a customer or company shop or office environment. Limited exposure to physical risk and all weather conditions is associated with this position. Driving for extended periods of time and standing on hard surfaces for extended periods of time is often required.
