Job summary

Nextran Truck Centers is seeking a Product Support Representative to drive parts sales, build lasting customer relationships, and connect customers with the right parts and service solutions in the field. You will be the front line for Nextran in the territory, representing the company with professionalism and expertise.

The role offers a salaried position with base pay keyed to skills, certifications, and experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three years in automotive/parts sales, outside parts sales, and service technical support.
• Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record required.
• Regular travel within a 300-mile radius of Commerce City, CO is expected.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow customer relationships within an assigned territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and turn them into long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate parts orders, special pricing, and approvals with internal teams.
• Follow up on orders to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Work with Parts and Service Sales teams to support customer needs.
• Attend trade shows, customer events, and training opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete required reports.
• Act as a trusted ambassador for Nextran Truck Centers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Product Support Representative

Pay: Salaried Position. Base pay will be based on an individual’s skills, certifications, education, and years of experience.
