• Completes call reports daily in CRM and maintains a healthy sales funnel; keeps current monthly sales reports.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Sells and maximizes parts and service opportunities for Gregory Poole Equipment Company, with primary responsibility for the Mebane, North Carolina territory. Primary products sold include undercarriage, maintenance service, and repair options. Identifies and proactively sells customer parts and service needed to make repairs, to improve the operating efficiency of the equipment and lower the customer’s operating cost per hour.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

1. 1. (a) Calls on assigned accounts.


2. (b) Recommends products and services.


3. (c) Increases overall parts and services sales for assigned territory.


4. 2. (a) Manages and lowers undercarriage expenses (construction)


5. (b) Increase CVA coverage by analyzing machine pop opportunity


6. (c) Increase undercarriage sales (construction).


7. 3. (a) Identify and target rebuild opportunities


8. (b) Targets and educates customers in service and parts.


9. (c) Increases SOS, Preventative Maintenance and Total Maintenance and Repair Agreements. Increase eCommerce activation and technology products


10. 4. (a) Calls on assigned accounts.


11. (b) Gives facility tours and educates customers.


12. (c) Increases machine shop work.


13. 5. (a) Complete call reports daily in CRM and maintains a healthy sales funnel


14. (b) Maintain current and accurate call reports and monthly sales reports.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

College graduate with two years experience in technical repair services or parts sales or high school graduate with six years experience in technical repair services or part sales.

Physical:

• Must be able to clearly communicate by telephone and in-person with customers.


• Must be able to present business information on a one-on-one or group basis.


• Must have energy and stamina to work extended daily hours, usually averaging 9 -10.

Other:

• Valid state driving license with an acceptable/good driving record.


• Ability to drive daily to various customer locations.


• Must have basic PC exposure skills preferably with MS Outlook and Office products.
