You will drive performance within budget projections, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and implement strategies to improve product support processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Six years of service and parts experience required.
• Six years of managerial responsibility required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee location service operations and supervise location supervisors.
• Manage operations across Service Centers, Field Service and administrative tasks.
• Develop and maintain strong customer and employee relations to support satisfaction metrics.
