Responsibilities

• Support Product Support Engineers in investigating and resolving customer issues through data gathering, troubleshooting, and documenting findings.
• Assist with root cause analysis and corrective action activities.
• Prepare clear summaries and updates for internal stakeholders.
• Create, update, and maintain technical documentation, work instructions, and training materials.
• Analyze field performance and reliability data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for product or process improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to implement product changes and service bulletins.
• Prepare customer support presentation materials.
• Track open issues and update status reports in designated tools and systems.
