Job description

Our client, a global broadcast media and entertainment company, is actively looking for a Product Support Analyst to join their team! This role is 100% remote but candidates must be able to work EST hours.

***This is a 6 month initial contract with the opportunity to extend or convert***

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, UI/UX Design, PMO and Engineering teams to manage and optimize Jira, Confluence, Airtable, and SharePoint tools for Product and Tech cross-team workflows
• Own the setup and maintenance of these tools to support four global streaming platforms
• Develop and maintain clear documentation and training materials in Confluence and SharePoint to support change management and tooling adoption across a team of +300
• Act as the point person for tooling-related questions, troubleshooting and best practices
• Identify opportunities for process and tooling improvements and support Product Ops team members in initiatives to streamline tools and workflows
• Translate diverse, cross-functional stakeholder requirements into scalable tooling solutions
• Provide support to the Product organization through organizing and standardizing team onboarding and learning and development materials to empower Product & Design

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in tooling, operations or systems analyst role working with Jira, Confluence, Airtable including admin-level capabilities, integrations and automation features
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Product, Technology or Media
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to translate complex tooling setups into understandable terms for diverse stakeholders across many levels
• Superb written and verbal communication, presentation and meeting facilitation skills
• International experience is a plus
